A question that has sprung across a lot of our customers minds and a question which we at hoverboard actually get asked a lot. So, can you really charge your hoverboard overnight without burning out the battery or over charging?

Well, our answer is NO. its not worth charging over night as all of our hoverboard take an estimated two to three hours charge time, which if the average person sleeps for six to eight hours. Meaning you will be overcharging your best Hoverboard scooter by four to five hours which can lead to burning out the battery meaning, it will not be as efficient and may need to charge more often and for longer.

 

We recommend charging throughout the day when the hoverboard scooter is not in use. Times such as breakfast and dinner times or even at night but before you go to sleep. A good way of avoiding this without remembering the charge or when to put it on or take it out is investing in an electrical charger/plug with a timer where you can add a timed charge, this is perfect for keeping track of your products charge time while not allowing it to surpass the allocated and recommend charge time for your hoverboard scooter product. We recommend charging the hoverboard in a spacious area and keeping an eye on it.
